Newsom signs bills cracking down on pollution from oil, gas production near communities

Gov. Gavin Newsom has signed several bills into law designed to help local communities crack down on pollution from oil and gas production.

The new laws are expected to impact oil operations in Baldwin Hills among other communities around Southern California and statewide.
