For years, the decorative block wall along both sides of Muldoon Road before it hits the Glenn Highway has been in a dangerous state of disrepair. It appears that the wall was poorly constructed; blocks fall onto the sidewalk in big chunks and there they stay. Pedestrians — of whom there are many in this community — and bike riders must negotiate these obstacles.
Who is responsible for the maintenance of the wall? And why has this eyesore existed in this particular community for so long?…
