Marjorie Ann Hardisty, age 95, of Greenfield, passed away on January 2, 2025, at home with family and friends. She was born in Bloomington on August 19, 1929, to James Everett and Wanda Iva (Crane) Weaver. She graduated in 1948 from Solsberry High School.
She married Laurel Malcolm Hardisty on May 26, 1948, in Linton. They were a very dedicated and loving farm couple and were married for 73 years until his death.
Marjorie is survived by daughters, Sue Ann Nigh (Stephen) and Jane Ellen Hardisty and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents (Everett and Wanda Weaver), brother (Donald William Weaver), and grandson (Brett Andrew Nigh)…
