Tips on losing guilt around holiday eating habits

GREENVILLE, S.C. (WSPA) – Around the holidays, we often find ourselves with too many food options, but one doctor said it’s okay to enjoy yourself this holiday season.

“That’s the best part about holidays,” said Dr. Veeral Oza, the Director of Gastroentology at Bon Secours. “Hanging out with family, spending time with family and indulging in some of those sweets and snacks and stuff that we all love. It’s what brings us together as a family.”
