Halloween celebrations have filled the week in the Upstate, with Clemson and Seneca hosting events that bring families and local businesses together. On Tuesday evening, Clemson’s College Avenue welcomed trick-or-treaters for an early Halloween event as local businesses transformed the street with candy tables and festive displays.

In Seneca, festivities continue tonight, October 31, with “Halloween on the Green” from 5 to 8 p.m. at Norton Thompson Park.
