CHARLOTTE ( QUEEN CITY NEWS ) — A missing woman has been found dead south of Uptown, according to the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department.
On Thanksgiving, CMPD asked for the public’s help to find Ta-Haley Payton as her family was concerned for her well-being.
