The world didn’t get much more than a glimpse of Darius Powell and Daiquan Miller, as they were arraigned on weapons charges Tuesday in Dorchester District Court. The pair were arrested Monday night near the scene of a fatal shooting on Devon Street .
The victim has since been identified by authorities as 37-year-old Keith Cousin of Bayonne, New Jersey.
Boston Police said they spotted Powell and Miller go into an alley and attempted to question them about the shooting, which took place at about 10:30 p.m…
