B-Cubed bakery brings fresh-baked local flavors to Ypsilanti area

YPSILANTI TOWNSHIP, MI – A new community-oriented bakery is bringing local business back to a changing Ypsilanti Township neighborhood.

B-Cubed Bakery opened at 741 Emerick St. near the recently-demolished Gault Village shopping center, in October.

Owner Ben Brown, a University of Michigan alum with a background in computer engineering, became serious about baking as a hobby in 2017. Brown grew up in Brighton, but has lived in the nearby Gault Village subdivision for several years…
