WASHTENAW COUNTY, MI — Ann Arbor drivers should expect special events to shut down more than a dozen streets in the area starting this weekend.
There are closures along State Street and North University Avenue until 10 a.m. Friday, April 11 for the Music Matters SpringFest. The University of Michigan Big House 5K on Sunday, April 13 will shut down roads near and around the Diag down to Michigan Stadium. Then, the Forever Go Blue Bash will shut down part of Washington Street Wednesday, April 16.
Some longer term closures will also take effect. South Fifth Avenue between East William and Packard streets will close early next week for utility work and won’t reopen until mid-June…
