Patchy Dense Fog Possible Tonight Across Central and Northern Alabama.

Models this evening have trended in a more foggy direction, meaning areas of dense fog are increasingly likely late tonight into tomorrow morning. Temperatures and dewpoints will be similar in value overnight, which when combined with light winds, may lead to areas of locally dense fog between midnight and 8am. While we don’t expect widespread dense fog, visibility may be reduced in a few spot especially in valleys and near bodies of water. Keep this in mind if traveling early Sunday morning. Fog should burn off within an hour or two of sunshine.
