(WLUK) — It seems Mother Nature is handing us a “treat” and then a “trick” this last week of October.

The “treat” being Tuesday’s record-smashing temperatures across Northeast Wisconsin — and the “trick” being the potential for rain on Halloween.

A warm breeze, shorts and t-shirts, tank tops — if not for the still-golden foliage at Voyageur Park in De Pere on Tuesday, you could be excused for mistaking it for the middle of summer, rather than the last couple days of October…
