Proposed bill would make licenses granted to undocumented immigrants invalid in Oklahoma

OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – We’re just weeks away from this year’s legislative session, which means lawmakers will soon begin reviewing hundreds of bills. One measure would make driver’s licenses granted to undocumented immigrants by other states invalid in Oklahoma.

“If you have entered the United States illegally, you’re breaking the law,” said Rep. Molly Jenkins, R-Coyle. “I don’t believe that we need to reward people who are breaking the law… It’s a privilege to drive in the state of Oklahoma”

Jenkins is the author of House Bill 1043, or the Respect for Citizens Act of 2025 …
