Houston, TX — Pork Dynasty Inc., a Texas-based company, has recalled 469 pounds of fried pork skin products. The recall was issued after the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) found undeclared soy, a known allergen, in the products.
According to the USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS), the mislabeled items were sold in Oklahoma and Texas. They include 3.5-oz. bags of “Texarones Born in the Philippines – Made in Texas Fried Out Pork Fat with Attached Skin Spicy” and 2.5-oz. bags of “Texarones Born in the Philippines – Made in Texas Fried Pork Skin Spicy.”…
