HALTOM CITY, Texas — A 35-year-old man is facing multiple felony charges after kidnapping a woman in Haltom City and stealing her car, police said.
Haltom City Police Department said on Tuesday, at around 8:14 a.m., it was notified by the Grapevine Police Department of a kidnapping and robbery incident at the Acacia Apartments at 5000 Denton Highway.
