HAYWOOD COUNTY, N.C. (WLOS) — Recovery from Helene requires many elements, including important roles in business, and local fall festivals.
In the aftermath of the storm, the Haywood County Chamber of Commerce and the Tourism Development Authority are encouraging visitors to spend money at local businesses, such as those on Main Street in Waynesville, and attend the Apple Festival on Saturday, Oct. 19.
