CABELL COUNTY, WV (WOWK) – A plea deal means a woman who admitted guilt to a felony charge in connection to her brother’s death could end up with only a misdemeanor on her record if she successfully completes her probation.
Siera Harmon pleaded guilty to felony wanton endangerment. In June 2024, Harmon was arrested after calling law enforcement and admitting to shooting her brother, William Harmon III, in the head in Culloden. Harmon III died of his injuries.

According to a criminal complaint, Harmon also said her brother had her significant other at gunpoint, the criminal complaint said. Harmon later said she thought the gun’s safety was on and that it was an accident.
