(WSAZ) – The stronger storms of the overnight have faded to the east, but the ALERT will stay up for the morning hours as you could have some lingering power outages, ponding on the roads, and even some wind damage (particularly down in Pike/Floyd counties). Look for some breaks in the clouds to work in, but new showers and storms will pop up in the afternoon, mainly in the east. Temperatures will hold in the 60s for much in the day…
