CABELL COUNTY, W.Va. (WCHS) — A former gymnastics coach accused of sexually abusing minors appeared in Cabell County court Tuesday morning.
Lance Spencer, 55, had recently been put back in jail for violating his home confinement terms after prosecutors said he went to the home where potential witnesses were present.
