Girlfriend breaks door down and attacks boyfriend with knife

CABELL COUNTY, WV (LOOTPRESS) – A domestic altercation in Cabell County escalated into violence when a woman allegedly broke into an apartment and attacked her boyfriend with a knife.

At approximately 2:44 a.m., officers responded to a domestic violence call at 411 Park Circle in Huntington. Upon arrival, they spoke with the victim, Morey Ferguson, who reported that his girlfriend, Ashley Miller, had forced her way into the apartment, breaking the top door chain, before attacking him with a knife. Miller then fled the scene.

Officers observed signs of a struggle, including scattered items and blood droplets leading from the front door to the couch where Ferguson had been lying. Ferguson sustained cuts on his right arm, consistent with a knife wound. His account was corroborated by Miller’s sister, who stated that Miller, intoxicated and screaming, had attempted to stab Ferguson multiple times.
