LOUISVILLE, Ky. — On Saturday, Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear said he vetoed HB 495, which would have overturned his executive order banning conversion therapy in Kentucky.
On social media, Beshear posted a video from the Fairness Dinner, hosted in Louisville by the Fairness Campaign, saying he vetoed the bill.
