Lawrence County High School students attended the HOSA state leadership conference at the Crown Plaza-Airport, Louisville, March 20-22, where many students competed in various competitions in the healthcare field.
Students who placed at the SLC from Lawrence County High School were: Alex DeSario, 2nd place in medical math; Makenzie McDonald, 2nd place in personal care; Anna Salyers, Paisley Fyffe and Shelbie Preece, placed in the top 5 for health education.
