HUNTINGTON, WV (WOWK) — One person was transported, and another arrested, following a stabbing incident at the City Mission Men’s Shelter in Huntington Sunday morning.
According to Cabell County Dispatch, the incident was reported at the men’s shelter on 7th Avenue around 8 a.m.
