ALBANY – Maybe Nelsonville-York is still feeling sluggish following the holiday break. Kicking off the Saturday portion of the Spartan Classic held by Alexander High School, the Buckeyes seemed stuck in the snow.
Tipping off at noon for a non-conference matchup, the Buckeyes (6-2, 2-1 Tri-Valley Conference-Ohio) fell down early and couldn’t catch back up against a talented Portsmouth West team in a 60-40 defeat.
