MEDINA — Ken Cleveland Park will soon have a new playground structure installed, thanks to the donation from the Ken Cleveland Foundation.
Ken Cleveland, a Medina County philanthropist who died in 2019, was a housing developer and founder of the Ken Cleveland Foundation. He was responsible for building several Medina streets off Sturbridge Drive in the late 1970s.
Cleveland donated 12 acres of land in the area to the city, which was named in his honor as Ken Cleveland Park in 1979…
