Windham was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell just short of the Pymatuning Valley Lakers by a score of 3-2. The Bombers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Lakers apparently hadn’t forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2023.
Windham actually scored more points across those five sets (98-94), but sadly they still had to settle for second. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 15-25, 25-14, 14-25, 25-21, 15-13.
Even though they lost, Windham was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 22 aces. That’s the most aces they’ve posted since back in September of 2023…
