Albany, N.Y. — Governor Hochul joined 28 electors in Albany Tuesday to officially certify New York State’s vote for Kamala Harris, more than a month after Donald Trump’s victory Speech.
When the Governor was called up to speak, she called for an end to the electoral college system, in favor of replacing the centuries-old constitutional practice with the popular vote.
