Hazlet man charged with exposing himself to stranger in Middletown store: Prosecutor

FREEHOLD – A Hazlet man has been charged with following a woman around a Middletown store last month, exposing himself and touching her inappropriately, according to the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office.

Perry J. Mangano, 21, is charged with criminal sexual contact, lewdness and stalking (all fourth-degree crimes), said Prosecutor Raymond S. Santiago and Middletown Police Chief R. Craig Weber in a joint statement on Friday evening.

If convicted on all counts, Mangano could face up to 4½-years in state prison and $30,000 in fines…
