Dallas-based restauranteur Joe Palladino is heading back to New York City, with plans to open Palladino’s Steak & Seafood in the spring.
The spot will take over the space that belonged to Michael Jordan’s Steakhouse at 23 Vanderbilt Avenue in Grand Central Terminal.
