A mild stretch will be with us the next few days as highs climb above average for the final days of 2024, but an arctic chill looms to start the new year.
High temperatures on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday will reach the 50s. A few light rain showers are possible on Sunday, with heavier rain likely on Monday. We can’t even rule out a few rumbles of thunder on Monday as it will feel more like a spring day with highs approaching the 60 degree mark.
