(WJAR) — Capron Park Zoo in Attleboro announced the passing of their female lion Nyalla on Friday.
The zoo says Nyalla passed away on Tuesday with staff by her side.
Nyalla was born in 2004 and along with her sister Kayla made up the zoo’s small pride along with Ramses the male lion.
Both sisters had cubs in 2008.
