Though highs across the state are predicted to reach the lower 30s and upper 20s, wind gusts of 25 to 35 mph may make it feel like temperatures have only reached the upper teens and low 20s, according to the weather service.
The coldest apparent temperatures are expected to be felt in the Worcester hills and the Berkshires. In the highest elevations of the Berkshires, temperatures may feel like they are in the single digits.
