Claiming three-time MVP Nikola Jokic would have the best season of his career is not something you were expected to say before the 2024-25 campaign started. However, “The Joker” has exceeded all expectations.
Unfortunately for Nikola, the same can’t be said for his Denver Nuggets . After losing their Christmas Day game vs. the Phoenix Suns, a team reporter shared that Jokic has been visibly upset with how the squad has performed, letting it be known to the world.
I can’t remember Nikola Jokic being more visibly frustrated with his teammates than he’s been this season. He hasn’t hid what he thinks of this team and where they’re at, both with his emotions on the floor and comments off it.

Prime years wasted?
After their holiday loss in Arizona, the team from the “Mile High” is just 16-12 on the season, sitting 5th in the Western Conference.
