The ever-growing steakhouse chain, Texas Roadhouse, is gearing up to upgrade its San Marcos location, according to recent public records. The restaurant is located at 1502 I 35 Frontage Rd, just off the highway.
Describing a “modification to include extension of existing dining room,” public records examined by What Now Austin reveals that the job, though relatively inexpensive and small in square footage, is not expected to reach completion until February 2026.
Labeling itself as “Legendary,” Texas Roadhouse justifies the label by pointing to their “Hand-Cut Steaks, Fall-Off-The-Bone Ribs, Made-From-Scratch Sides, Ice-Cold Beer, and of course, our irresistible Fresh-Baked Bread,” according to the official website…
