Southern California will continue to see scattered showers through tonight, primarily impacting San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. A weak atmospheric river has already brought between 0.25 and 3 inches of rain, with the heaviest totals in San Luis Obispo County. A second wave of showers is expected early Tuesday morning before the system weakens and moves southward, bringing lighter rain to Los Angeles and Ventura counties. Winds are expected to intensify again on Tuesday, particularly in the Central Coast and mountain areas, where gusts could reach up to 60 mph. Temperatures will remain below normal through Thanksgiving but will gradually warm through the weekend.
