EAST ST. LOUIS, Ill — A Belleville man has been arrested for the October murder of a 16-year-old victim in East St. Louis, according to a written Saturday morning statement from the Illinois State Police Public Information Office.
Facing first-degree murder, aggravated discharge of a firearm, and felon in possession of a firearm charges, 37-year-old John Mosley was taken into custody Thursday by the United States Marshal’s Service.
