WBFF- Baltimore, MD — Baltimore City Parks and Recreation workers at the Carroll Park Golf Course building are sounding concerns after a recent report from the Office of the Inspector General.
The report released discovered that there was a number of pest infestations including rodents and bees in the ceiling.
