LAWTON, Okla. (KSWO) – Hey everyone! Not much change in the forecast from yesterday. Temperatures will dip into the upper 30′s tonight. The good news is we stay out of the low-mid 30′s, so we are not expecting any patchy frost.
The warming trend begins tomorrow afternoon as temps rise into the mid 70′s. The warming trend will continue with high temps near 80 and lows in the low-mid 50′s over the weekend. A storm system will be over the four corners region this weekend allowing for some isolated showers mainly for our western areas. Unfortunately the storm system will travel well north of SW Oklahoma keeping any good chance of rain north of our area. However, the best rain chance will be Monday as the storm system pulls out of the four corners region.
The middle of next week is looking hot and dry for this time of year (highs near 90)…
