COLLINSVILLE, Okla. — Police are investigating after a Collinsville special education teacher allegedly caused a student to fall off a swing.
Collinsville Police said that on November 5, a Collinsville Public Schools employee reported their concerns that a special education teacher was unkind and physical with students.
