BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) – The Southern Jaguars celebrated their homecoming the week of Oct. 13-19, welcoming the Alcorn State Braves on Saturday for a battle for the number one spot in the SWAC West.
The Jags won that battle, 24-14, giving them their first back-to-back win of the season. This comes the week after their overtime win over the Texas Southern Tigers.
