OSHTEMO TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — A minor was taken to the hospital after a shooting in Oshtemo Township Sunday afternoon, deputies said.
Around 3:15 p.m., deputies with the Kalamazoo County Sheriff’s Office were called to Beckley Drive and Mount Royal Drive in Oshtemo Township for a shooting. Deputies arrived to find a juvenile victim with injuries that were not life-threatening. That person was taken to the hospital.
The sheriff’s office said two separate groups of people had shot at each other. It’s unclear what led up to the shooting. Deputies did not say anything about suspects…
