SAGINAW, Mich.— Saginaw police are warning the public of a scam.
According to police, they have gotten two complaints from citizens on Wednesday that were threatened with arrest if they did not send police money through PayPal, Venmo, or gift cards.
They are taking to social media to remind the public that police will never contact you to solicit money in any way in regards to legal issues, and scammers prey on vulnerable and elderly people…
