According to detectives, Cesia Loammi Cantarero Galeano, 14, was last seen leaving her Hempstead residence. She is described as a female Hispanic with brown eyes, black hair, 5’0” tall and 120 pounds. She was last seen wearing black pants and a white shirt. Her destination is unknown…
