Waterbury men arrested for allegedly stealing a Ferrari

WATERBURY, Conn. (WTNH) — Waterbury men were arrested on Sept. 16 for allegedly stealing two cars from Greenwich and New York, according to police.

Suspect accused of assaulting mother, 2 kids in Bridgeport faces judge

A 2023 Ferrari was reported stolen on Sept. 16 from a location in Greenwich. The car was valued at approximately $575,000. The car was found in Waterbury, police said, and when police stopped the car, the driver, 22-year-old Dion Schontten, fled the scene.

10 days later, police said that a 2023 Acura that was reported missing from New York was also located in Waterbury. Schontten was arrested again, as well as 18-year-old Keon Webster.

The men were charged with larceny of a motor vehicle. This is Schontten’s second offense and Websters seventh, according to police…
