A uniquely shaped luxury condo tower is coming to Houston and will be the first St. Regis Residences development in the state.
The 37-story luxury condominium will break ground this year with an expected delivery date of 2027, according to a press release by Houston-based developer Satya.
The tower will include 93 condos with a range of floor plans of 2,000-5,000 square feet and five penthouses with three duplex penthouses and two sub penthouses from 4,500 to 6,000 square feet. The site will be located on a 3.8-acre parcel of land at 102 Asbury, near Memorial Drive.
Like the Ritz-Carlton condo tower that just started construction in The Woodlands, this will be St. Regis’ first residence that isn’t attached to a hotel on the premises. However, the luxury hotel brand will manage and staff the area…
