Security guard threatened with screwdriver, robbed in south Portland

PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) – A 32-year-old man is facing charges of kidnapping and burglary after police say he threatened a security guard with a screwdriver in south Portland on New Year’s Day.

Shortly before 1:30 p.m., police responded to the 3100 Block of South Moody Avenue after reports of an armed robbery.
