CHESTERTOWN — Kent County Public Library is pleased to welcome Robert Bell to the Eastern Shore of Maryland as he assumes the role of executive director at the library.
Prior to arriving in Kent County, Bell worked in both academic and public libraries around the United States and abroad in China and Thailand for a total of about 20 years.
