Two teenagers with prior criminal offenses were arrested earlier this week after a series of carjackings and car thefts in Baltimore.
The police have confirmed that a 14-year-old suspect is currently being held at the Department of Juvenile Services, while a 16-year-old was released into the custody of a guardian.
