ST. LOUIS (First Alert 4) – With all the snow and icy roads, many small businesses across the Metro have felt the impact.
Crown Candy Kitchen was closed on Monday and Tuesday this week because owner Andy Karandzieff said with the road conditions, many of his employees couldn’t make it into work.
