ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – An arrest warrant was issued Thursday for a suspect in an April 2024 fatal drive-by shooting in the Wells-Goodfellow neighborhood.
Anthony Tobias-Haywood, 29, of Madison, Tennessee, is charged with first-degree murder, unlawful use of a weapon, and two counts of armed criminal action in the death of 27-year-old Daniel Hughes.
Hughes was killed on April 22 in the 1600 block of Hamilton Avenue. St. Louis Metropolitan Police said in charging documents that evidence at the scene showed he was standing on the sidewalk and was shot from a vehicle…
