The sons of a man who drowned at Titlow Park are suing Metro Parks Tacoma, after their father was sucked into a drainpipe, blaming the agency for his death.
On July 8 , 68-year-old Robert Logan Jr. and a friend wanted to cool off from the 90-degree weather, so they wandered into Puget Sound with some floaties.
